One Mobility Group in Ciudad Juárez is seeking an HR Operations Partner to support disciplinary processes, employee relations, onboarding, and labor documentation across a dynamic, multinational team.

The successful candidate will maintain accurate HR records in SAP, monitor turnover and vacancies, and collaborate with audits. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required, with 2+ years of experience and advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Follow up on disciplinary processes, internal investigations, and labor-related documentation.
• Support the resolution of employee relations issues and help foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration and compliance with hiring requirements.
• Manage employee movements, including hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and contract renewals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic employee records.
• Monitor Human Resources metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and vacancy coverage.
• Follow up on employee services and benefits, including transportation and cafeteria programs.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to Human Resources.
• Prepare HR reports and ensure employee data is accurately maintained in SAP or equivalent systems.
