Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles.

• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
• Support mass hiring events and campaigns (job fairs).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide updates.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

What will you do?

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
• Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
• Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.
