Job summary

Steelcase Inc. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to optimize HR systems across payroll, benefits, compensation, and HR operations. You will administer SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce Payroll, TRESS, ServiceNow, and related cloud technologies while supporting payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.

You will troubleshoot data flows, validate upgrades, maintain documentation, and drive automation to improve efficiency and the employee experience in a global, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Admin, or related field.
• 3+ years supporting HRIS platforms or HR technology.
• Experience administering enterprise applications.
• Experience analyzing data and resolving system issues.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administering and configuring HR technology platforms including SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce Payroll, TRESS, ServiceNow, and related cloud technologies.
• Supporting payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR functions through effective system administration and user support.
• Troubleshooting system interfaces and coordinating changes to ensure accurate and reliable data flow across systems.
• Testing and validating system upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality prior to implementation.
• Maintaining documentation for processes, configurations, enhancements, and support activities.
• Building and implementing automation solutions that streamline work and improve operational efficiency.
• Driving process improvement initiatives that enhance the employee and HR user experience.

You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience supporting HRIS platforms or performing similar HR technology responsibilities.
• Experience administering, troubleshooting, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Experience analyzing data and resolving system-related issues.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Experience supporting HR technology platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, TRESS, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle HCM, UKG, or similar systems.
• Experience with system integrations, data management, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR processes including payroll, benefits, compensation, and employee lifecycle management.
• Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects.
• Experience working within a global organization.
