Caterpillar, Inc. in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas is seeking an HR Service Delivery Coordinator to handle day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle support.

You will ensure accurate HR data, onboarding, benefits inquiries, and compliance while collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll and HR Partners to deliver timely services. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, English Intermediate, and proficiency with Workday, SAP, Power BI and MS Office are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• English proficiency: Intermediate.
• Proficiency in Workday, SAP, Power BI and Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Support employees with benefit-related inquiries, including health plans, meal vouchers, savings programs, insurance plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
• Maintain and audit employee data within HR systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide first-level support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs.
• Manage HR service requests and ensure timely resolution in accordance with service level expectations.
• Coordinate benefits administration activities, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to support HR operations.
• Create and maintain HR documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending process enhancements.
