The ideal candidate has an HR degree, 2+ years of HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office. This position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Human Resources preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Act as first point of contact for general employee inquiries.
• Handle administrative items for employee transactions (offers, background checks, leaves, payroll data, offboarding).
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with hiring managers for a smooth process.
• Prepare and proof documents and internal communications.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Stay current with labor/employment laws and HR best practices.
