Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking an HR Service Delivery Coordinator in Nuevo Laredo to execute day-to-day HR operations, support employees through the lifecycle, and ensure accurate data management across HR systems. The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HR partners to deliver timely HR services.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields, intermediate English, and proficiency in Workday, SAP, Power BI, and MS Office to support benefits, onboarding, and HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• English Proficiency: Intermediate level.
• Proficiency in Workday, SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR operational activities and employee lifecycle support.
• Maintain and audit employee data in HR systems for accuracy.
• Provide first-level HR policy and benefits guidance.
• Coordinate benefits administration and onboarding processes.
• Support onboarding, changes, offboarding, and service requests.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain HR documentation and SOPs.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
