Job summary

You will lead onboarding for regular and contingent staff, advise managers on policy, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition to meet staffing goals, all while fostering engagement and diversity across client groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of two years of management experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in HR Generalist and HR Business Partner roles.
• Knowledge of Mexico employment laws.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR point of contact for employees at all levels including management.
• Provide HR leadership and coaching to employees and managers ensuring fair and consistent enforcement of policies and positive employee relations issues.
• Implement and manage key HR initiatives and processes, including evaluations/performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, benefits, recognition programs, benefits and learning and career development.
• Encourage constructive and transparent feedback, engagement, inclusion and diversity.
• Promote NBCUniversal’s workplace values (Integrity, Creativity, Teamwork, Pioneering Spirit and Ownership).
• Work with leaders to establish positive employee relations and a positive work environment.
• Interpret and implement HR policies and procedures for managers and teams.
• Develop new creative programs to attract, retain, motivate employees and spearhead morale activities.
• Responsible for all aspects of onboarding of regular staff and contingent workers; partner with Talent Acquisition for staffing initiatives.
• Propose new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned
