Job summary

PwC México seeks an Acceleration Center People Operations Experienced Associate to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration. You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, and help ensure data accuracy within HR systems in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of experience, and English language proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have oral and written proficiency in English.
• 1 year of experience in HR operations or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal transfer transactions across the people lifecycle.
• Maintain employee records and process updates in HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and route complex cases through HR protocols.
• Administer payroll, benefits, and absence-related tasks while validating data entries and documentation.
• Track labor law and policy requirements, escalate gaps or exceptions to senior team members.
• Prepare process documentation, transaction logs, and HR service delivery reports for review.
• Gather information from multiple sources to identify trends, data issues, and recurring service requests.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts by applying HR software knowledge and data quality practices.
