Leggett Dynamics is seeking a highly experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to lead the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced manufacturing processes for automotive seating systems.

This role requires technical leadership to drive automation, mentor teams, and deliver manufacturing solutions that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and profitability across cross‑functional programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in a related engineering field.
• 8+ years in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with automotive seating or similar systems.
• Proven record in automation and NPI launches.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of manufacturing processes across product lines.
• Mentor engineers and production teams in lean, problem solving, and automation.
• Manage capital projects from concept through production handoff.
• Drive Industry 4.0 data collection and system integration.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with product engineering for manufacturability.
