Emerson is seeking an HR leader in Mexicali to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, shaping a high-performing workforce in a manufacturing environment. You will coach the HR team, partner with managers on employee relations, and drive talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and payroll processes with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Experience leading or coordinating Human Resources programs and processes within a business environment.
• Knowledge of employee relations, labor regulations, workplace investigations, and policy administration.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
• Ability to analyze workforce information and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
