Capgemini Engineering in CDMX is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to lead end-to-end integration delivery and to develop HR system integrations across cloud and enterprise apps. You will translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions and support them through testing and production in a DevOps framework.

The role requires strong Java and enterprise integration experience, hands-on Databricks/Spark/Delta Lake, SQL and data modeling, plus solid knowledge of CI/CD tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Java development and enterprise integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark (PySpark preferred), and Delta Lake.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling concepts, XML, JSON, and cloud-based integration services.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Nexus, and Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical documentation skills, with experience in Agile environments and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Availability to work hybrid in CDMX.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end integration delivery, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop and maintain HR system integrations between cloud and enterprise applications using API-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot, support, and optimize integrations throughout testing and production environments within a DevOps framework.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration patterns, and best practices aligned with organizational standards.
