Capgemini Engineering in Mexico is seeking a Business Analyst to drive end-to-end HR integrations and data-driven solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, design functional artifacts, and support HRIT, HR test teams, and production support across SAP Employee Central and related platforms.

Join a collaborative POD with developers, Product Owners and Release managers to deliver scalable HR solutions and adopt DevOps practices in a dynamic environment.

The primary responsibility of business analyst role will be to drive data, solution and functional analysis associated with these integrations.An HR integration Business Analyst is responsible for providing functional analysis and direction for use in managing integration change and build. They will be expected to drive requirement gathering, analysis, engagement, and functional artifact delivery to service overall integration functions while working in a POD structure along with developers, Product Owners and Release managers.Fundamental to this role will be the ability to provide SME analyst support to HR technical SMEs, HR Product Owners and application owners to assist with solution design and delivery. This skillset is focused on integrations due to the data and functional capabilities needed for the role, however, the role can broaden to assist with other HR application solution design and delivery.Your roleDrive end to end integration delivery through requirement gathering, analysis, design, documentation and engagement.Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build.Assist with test scenario preparation and guidance for HRIT and HR test teams.Support and troubleshoot integrations data and functional requirements through deployment test phase pipelines.Provide HRIT integration SME production support for integration troubleshooting and analysis.Participating in change management activities which can include tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement.Assisting the implementation of solutionsYour profileStrong functional skills associated with SAP Employee CentralAbility to demonstrate excellent Business Analysis skills and experience, including examples of timely and quality delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced, project-based environment.Experienced with ServiceNow HR Service Management platform (certification a plus) – knowledgeable of functionality, configuration, support resources and roadmaps.Successful track record of delivery in a project-based environment both when working independently and when working collaboratively within a larger development teamExcellent interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skillsAbility to demonstrate creative and lateral thinking, the ability to question existing practice and inspire others to do the same.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skillsStrong knowledge of HR processes and technology.
