Schneider Electric is seeking a motivated HR Intern to support the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to payroll and learning programs. You will work alongside experienced professionals on meaningful projects and build foundational HR skills.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a relevant Bachelor's degree, available part-time in the mornings, and eager to develop a career in HR, recruitment or talent acquisition.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field, graduating in August 2027 or later.
• Part-time availability during morning hours.
• Interest in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency preferred.
• Previous academic or practical experience in interviewing, customer service, or administrative activities is a PLUS.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and early career positions.
• Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Track and follow up with candidates through each stage of the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Support university events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
• Previous academic or practical experience in interviewing, customer service, or administrative activities is a PLUS.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
