Position Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in specialized recruitment processes and employee administration support. This position will be responsible for attracting talent for technical, administrative, and specialized roles, while also supporting payroll incident follow-up and HR-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for operational, administrative, technical, and specialized positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search strategies.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
• Maintain constant communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation processes.
• Follow up on payroll incidents and HR administrative activities.
• Ensure timely coverage of vacancies according to business needs.
• Update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting specialized and/or technical profiles within industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Experience managing payroll incident follow-up.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and talent sourcing strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
