• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Proven recruitment experience for hourly/operative positions, including sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for employees and managers, guiding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee relations.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment: requisition creation, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Support performance management with evaluations, development plans, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations with accurate records.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, retention, and organizational development.
