AVI-SPL México is seeking an HR Generalist to support organizational development and change management initiatives, partnering with leaders and employees to drive HR programs, enhance workforce effectiveness, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing change strategies, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment support, HR data analysis, and policy rollout to ensure regulatory compliance and business

Formación

• Minimum of 3–5 years HR Generalist experience.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and structured problem solving.
• Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
• Bilingual with English and Spanish proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute change management strategies to accelerate organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to drive HR programs and employee engagement.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with performance improvement plans.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and compliance reporting.
• Maintain employee records and manage HRIS data delivery.
• Lead rollout of new HR policies, programs and communications.
• Support recruitment processes, including panels and evaluations.
• Coach managers on lifecycle events: onboarding, performance, and development.
• Analyze HR data to improve organizational performance.
