AVI-SPL, Inc. seeks an HR Generalist to partner with leaders and employees on organizational development and change management initiatives. The role focuses on driving HR programs, enhancing workforce effectiveness, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

The individual will support onboarding, investigations, performance improvement, and compliance while collaborating with Finance and Payroll on job code issues. Strong communication and bilingual skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum of 3–5 years’ HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate conflict and maintain constructive working relationships.
• Strong capability to switch tasks while adapting to changing priorities.
• Energized self-starter capable of meeting deadlines independently.
• Discretion handling confidential matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication (written and oral).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual proficiency.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR or related field preferred.
• PHR certification a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
• Experience operating in multi-state or complex matrix environments desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management strategies and materials to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide input on processes and management supports for business improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to improve engagement and retention through HR programs.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance reporting.
• Support performance management and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Assist with talent development and succession planning initiatives.
• Contribute to HR communications, policies, and procedures updates.
• Gather data to drive organizational performance and reports.
