Flex North in Guadalajara is seeking an HR Generalist to implement HR programs and support business teams on people matters. You will partner with managers on talent planning, development, and employee engagement while upholding policies and local labor laws.

The role requires designing and executing recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes; you’ll also mentor managers and drive inclusion, culture, and change initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
• Experience as Human Resources or related experience.
• Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy.
• Good communication skills and excellent relational skills.
• Knowledge of Flex policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with managers on HR strategies and talent needs.
• Advise site management regarding talent matters to drive outcomes.
• Provide feedback and mentor managers.
• Guide Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion activities.
• Manage employee life cycle including onboarding and reviews.
• Develop local recruitment programs and budgets.
• Coordinate with Total Rewards on compensation and benefits.
• Administer local benefit programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
