ABB, a leader in industrial technology, seeks an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR transactions for one or more service lines in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. You will ensure accurate, timely HR services and support compliance with local regulations.

Requirements include 1+ year in HR, onboarding experience, intermediate English, and familiarity with Workday. The role is on-site with competitive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Formación

• 1+ year of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and employee services.
• Familiarity with labor relations and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform day-to-day HR transactions for assigned service lines or countries.
• Deliver high-quality, timely HR services with end-to-end ownership.
• Serve as SME for complex cases and maintain cross-country collaboration.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Execute control tasks including SOX checks and data protection duties.
