AVI-SPL is seeking an HR Generalist in Mexico City to support organizational development and change management initiatives. The role partners with leaders and employees to drive HR programs, enhance workforce effectiveness, and promote a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include developing change strategies, onboarding/offboarding, investigations, performance improvement, recruitment support, data analysis, and HRIS delivery.

Formación

• 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with HRIS and data analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute change management strategies and materials to improve organizational effectiveness.
• Provide input on processes and management to support business improvements.
• Collaborate with managers to improve engagement and retention using HR programs and tools.
• Conduct employee investigations and assist with performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and compliance reporting.
• Develop programs to improve retention and employee experience.
• Provide guidance to managers on lifecycle matters including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Lead rollout of new HR policies and programs with clear communications.
