innteciinnovations is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align business objectives with employees and management. The HRBP will consult leadership on HR issues and support an inclusive, productive, and growth-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on HR strategies, guiding performance management, talent development, and succession planning, managing employee relations, and developing policies to foster a positive environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field required.
• 2-3 years in HR with focus on employee relations and performance management.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical abilities.

Requirements

Academic/Training

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience
