Job summary

Molex in Mexico is seeking an HR Generalist to act as a strategic business partner, partnering with leaders to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

This role strengthens leadership, talent development, employee relations, and change management initiatives, driving engagement and organizational effectiveness across the business. The candidate will support HR programs and help sustain a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience in multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employee relations.
• Experience in performance management and organizational development.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

We are looking for an HR Generalist who will act as a business partner, working closely with leaders and teams to develop and implement talent strategies aligned with organizational objectives. This position will have a direct impact on organizational effectiveness by strengthening leadership, talent development, employee relations, and change management initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop Human Resources solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on talent management, organizational development, performance management, and organizational design.
• Support talent acquisition, selection, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Lead talent review and leadership development processes.
• Advise leaders on performance management practices to maximize employee contribution and development.
• Manage employee relations matters, investigations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and applicable legal requirements.
• Lead and support organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Drive programs and actions that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of previous experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within multinational organizations.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and Human Resources best practices.
• Experience in performance management, organizational development, and talent planning.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.

• Experience as a Senior HR Generalist supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience leading organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives.
• Experience in leadership development and building high-performing teams.
