Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Mexico City is seeking a highly organized HR & Finance Intern to support HR operations, vendor management, and procurement processes within a fast-paced professional services environment.

You will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of administrative tasks, working with HR, Finance, external providers, and internal stakeholders to gain practical experience across REPSE requirements, invoicing, and employee benefits administration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or related field.
• Approximately 12–18 months remaining before graduation.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with REPSE documentation administration and compliance.
• Monitor registrations and informative filings.
• Maintain organized records and follow up on obligations.
• Create and track purchase orders for HR service providers.
• Coordinate with Finance and vendors for processing and approvals.
• Monitor PO status and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with supplier invoice validation and payment processing.
• Support employee enrollment records for Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance programs.
• Coordinate updates with brokers and providers; keep employee records accurate.
