Control Risks is seeking an organized, detail-oriented intern to support subcontractor vetting within Project & Client Operations in Mexico City. You will assist with third-party onboarding, documentation review, and compliance processes, while maintaining case records and escalating higher-risk matters for specialist review.

Under the guidance of the Team Lead, you will gather information, follow up on outstanding items, and support efficiency in the contract-to-cash workflow.

Formación

• Pursuing degree in Business Admin, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Law, Procurement or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsabilidades

• Assist with subcontractor vetting cases from request to completion using procedures and risk categories.
• Request information from subcontractors and internal stakeholders using templates and follow up on items.
• Gather documentation including questionnaires, company information, tax and banking details, and insurance certificates.
• Maintain accurate vetting records and audit trails in GAN and trackers.
• Escalate adverse findings or conflicts requiring specialist review.
• Support routine reporting on case status and ageing.
