Job summary

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a motivated Marketing & Design Intern focused on finance and procurement operations in Mexico City. The role involves supporting budget management, financial analysis, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth operation between marketing, finance and procurement teams.

You will contribute to process automation and gain exposure to stakeholders while developing operational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Business or a related field.
Strong numerical and data skills with interest in forecasting, accruals/amortization, and budget management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Comfortable using AI tools to analyze information, automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.

Responsibilities

Supporting budget management and tracking to maintain visibility of marketing spend and commitments.
Managing procurement and vendor processes, including purchase requests, POs, contracts and approvals.
Supporting billing, reconciliation and payment processes with accurate matching to POs and billings.
Maintaining operational controls and trackers, identifying pending items, aging, deadlines and risks.
Collaborating with the Senior Marketing Operations Analyst and cross-functional teams (Finance, Procurement, Legal) to resolve issues.
Identifying opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate processes using data, technology and AI.
