Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Students in their final stages of university studies, with approximately 12 to 18 months remaining before graduation, is a must.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration, control and maintenance of documentation for service providers under REPSE requirements.
• Monitor compliance records, registrations and informative filings.
• Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-up on compliance obligations.
• Create and track purchase orders for HR service providers.
• Coordinate with Finance and external vendors to process and approve purchase requests.
• Monitor PO status and help resolve discrepancies.
• Support supplier invoice administration and payments within internal systems.
• Assist with employee enrollment records for Private Medical Insurance and Life Insurance programs.
• Coordinate information updates with insurance brokers and providers.
• Ensure employee records remain accurate and up to date.
• Prepare employment letters and certificates, including seniority and employment confirmations.
