Job summary

NBCUniversal in Mexico City is seeking a Director, Human Resources to lead HR in our Mexico offices across Coyoacan, Reforma and Remsen. You will partner with senior leaders and manage day-to-day employee processes to deliver the people agenda aligned with our strategic priorities.

The role requires a track record in HR transformations, strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and 10+ years of HR generalist experience in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years professional level HR generalist experience in a highly matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations for multiple Mexico locations (Coyoacan, Reforma, Remsen).
• Partner with senior leaders to drive the people agenda and organizational change.
• Coach and develop management on people leadership and talent decisions.
• Oversee talent acquisition, compensation, employee experience, and engagements initiatives.
• Manage a team of five HR staff.
