Crown Holdings, Inc. in Mexico's Shared Services Office seeks a Human Resources professional to coordinate HR processes, attract and onboard talent, and support the development and well-being of employees.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, training scheduling, employee engagement events, and internal communications, while advising leaders on performance management and HR systems such as SuccessFactors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, and employee relations.
• Knowledge of HR processes and applicable labor legislation.
• Experience using talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
• Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to fill vacancies with suitable candidates.
• Manage onboarding for new employees in line with policies and legal requirements.
• Plan and coordinate training activities to support the Annual Training Plan.
• Organize events and internal communications to strengthen culture and engagement.
• Provide guidance to employees and leaders on performance management and HR processes.
• Support use of SuccessFactors to ensure accurate HR data.
