Job summary

NBCUniversal Mexico is seeking an HR Coordinator to support administrative and operational HR processes within the Mexico HR team. You will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, payroll input coordination, and consistent HR process execution.

Key responsibilities include onboarding, changes, leaves, transfers, offboarding, benefits coordination, and HR reporting. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with four days per week in the office, and collaboration with Payroll and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or industrial relations.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR administration, Shared Services or HRIS.
• Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines.
• Experience in a multinational or shared services environment preferred.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding, employee changes, leaves of absence, transfers, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records across myHR, eDays, personnel files, and trackers.
• Consolidate, validate, and prepare payroll inputs; coordinate with Payroll and Finance for discrepancies.
• Maintain and reconcile vacation and leave records with Payroll and Finance.
• Coordinate benefits administration including major medical insurance, savings fund, and meal vouchers.
• Prepare and validate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports; support audits and internal reviews.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to HRBPs and collaborate with Payroll, Finance, and benefits providers.
• Maintain HR procedures and SOPs; identify opportunities to standardize and improve processes.
