Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking an HR Coordinator to support HR processes in Mexico, ensuring accurate employee data, timely reporting, and effective HR systems usage. You will coordinate payroll inputs, leaves, and benefits, while maintaining records and generating HR reports to support audits and internal reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 1–2 years of HR experience, strong Excel skills, and intermediate English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR/HR Administration/Shared Services/HRIS experience.
• Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, leaves, transfers, offboarding) with accurate documentation and timely system updates.
• Maintain employee records across HR systems and trackers.
• Prepare payroll inputs with required documentation and coordinate with Payroll/Finance for discrepancies.
• Reconcile vacation and leave records with Payroll/Finance.
• Coordinate benefits administration (insurance, savings, meal vouchers) and handle enrollments and changes.
• Prepare and validate recurring/ad-hoc HR reports and support audits.
