Job summary

Safran is seeking an HR Analyst in Querétaro, Mexico, to handle end-to-end administration of the indirect employee lifecycle, from onboarding to separation. You will be the go-to contact for supervisors and staff on payroll, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring accurate processes and a positive employee experience.

The role requires delivering timely service, maintaining precise records, and safeguarding confidential information while coordinating employee services and benefits.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end administration of indirect employees’ lifecycle from onboarding to separation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for supervisors and employees on payroll, benefits, and HR matters.
• Administer pre-payroll processes, payroll incidences, advances, reimbursements, and employee payments.
• Manage hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes in HR systems.
• Coordinate employee services such as transportation, cafeteria services, uniforms, and badges.
• Monitor SGMM and life insurance programs.
• Ensure documentation and data protection compliance.

The HR Analyst is responsible for the end-to-end administration of the indirect employees' lifecycle, from onboarding through separation from the organization. The role serves as the primary point of contact for supervisors and employees regarding payroll, benefits, organizational changes, personnel records, transportation, employee services, and Human Resources systems, ensuring a positive employee experience and the accurate execution of administrative processes.

Job Requirements

• Promote a positive employee experience by delivering high-quality service, providing timely support, and effectively resolving employee inquiries and issues.
• Administer pre-payroll processes, payroll incidences, advances, reimbursements, and employee payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
• Manage employee hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, and organizational changes within HR systems, ensuring the accurate execution and documentation of each process.
• Manage physical and electronic employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Coordinate employee services such as transportation, cafeteria services, uniforms, lockers, badges, and other assigned benefits.
• Control and monitoring of the SGMM and life insurance.
• Management of the confidentiality of employee information
