A leading food manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Analyst - Business Partner for a full-time position. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment, guiding performance management, and analyzing HR data. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and experience in a business partner role. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this mid-senior level role.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience in a business partner or generalist role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR management software, preferably SuccessFactors.

Responsabilidades

Human Resources Analyst - Business Partner

Responsible for collecting, interpreting, and using personnel-related data to improve processes, support strategic decisions, and ensure compliance with labor policies.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Performance and Development - Manager Guidance: Guide managers through performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development planning.
  • Performance Evaluation: Monitor the performance evaluation process and support the management team in completing each stage.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • HR Data Analysis: Measure turnover, retention, and performance percentages; generate a monthly closing report with HR metrics.
  • Labor Relations Management: Mediate conflicts, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Organizational Climate: Conduct satisfaction surveys and propose improvement initiatives.
  • Personnel Administration: Maintain updated employee files and legal documentation.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related fields.
  • Experience preferably in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
  • Proficiency in HR management software (preferably SuccessFactors).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
