Charger Logistics Inc. is seeking an HR Administrator in Nuevo Laredo to support employee inquiries and HR processes. You will manage offers, background checks, leaves, onboarding, payroll data, and HRIS updates in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers benefits coordination, policy updates, and health/safety initiatives, with opportunity for growth within a supportive, entrepreneurial team.

Formación

• HR degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite including intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• High degree of confidentiality and discretion.
• Intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for general employee inquiries.
• Handle administrative items for employee transactions including offers, background checks, leaves, and payroll data in HRIS.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding with new hires and hiring managers.
• Prepare and proof documents, letters, and internal communications.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Review and update company policies to align with ESA and market trends.
• Support health and safety practices and committees.
• Contribute to HR projects and generate reports such as attrition and work hour summaries.
