The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and timely responses to payroll inquiries, while supporting benefits administration and new-hire paperwork. Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre-payroll.
• Strong numerical and data-analytic capabilities with clear communication.
• Experience with Workday integration (preferred).
• Experience with incentive programs, including short- and long-term plans.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings.
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
• Assist in remittance and payroll reporting
• Handle SUA/ IDSE register processes
• Assist drivers with payroll related queries
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
• Process new hires paperwork, benefits changes, terminations and ROEs
• Recommend and implement development solutions aligning with HR strategy
• Manage compensation policies including pay for performance and incentives

Intermediate english level (preferably) Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm From Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
• Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
• SUA/ IDSE register
• Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
• Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
• Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Workday integration experience (preferred)
• Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
