Charger Logistics Inc. in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico is seeking a meticulous Customs Coordinator to manage paperwork, respond to inquiries, and support dispatch and accounting teams.

The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely communication with customers. Responsibilities include preparing ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS documents, handling invoices and payments, maintaining driver and fleet records, and coordinating across departments to ensure proper documentation and service quality.

Formación

• Fluency in English required.
• College diploma or degree completed.
• Experience in administrative logistics or related field preferred.
• Strong computer skills and quick learning.
• Good time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with departments to manage paperwork thoroughly.
• Assist accounting with invoices, accounts receivable and payable.
• Maintain driver files and fleet documents to ensure proper documentation.
• Assist drivers with documents and signatures on Bills of Lading.
• Prepare and process customs (ACE/ACI/PAPS/PARS) documentation according to rules.
• Compile and review required customs documentation, such as invoices and origin certificates.
• Enter new orders into the system and maintain the customer portals with up-to-date information.
• Provide administrative support including reports, presentations, policies and general correspondence.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review and client requests.
• Other ad-hoc duties
