Charger Logistics in Querétaro is seeking a payroll/HR administrator to support weekly payroll processing, remittance reporting, SUA/IDSE registrations, and payroll queries from drivers. You will handle new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs, while aligning compensation policies with our HR strategies and incentive programs.

A high level of confidentiality is essential. Shift: morning, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday; intermediate English preferred, and a proactive teammate

Formación

• 2-4 years of HR experience with pre payroll duties.
• Strong numerical and data-analytical skills.
• Workday integration experience preferred.
• Experience with incentive programs is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent time management and reporting skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Assist in remittance and payroll reporting.

Intermediate english level (preferably) Morning shift: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm From Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls
• Assist in preparation of remittance and payroll reporting
• SUA/ IDSE register
• Assist and answer payroll related queries from drivers
• Ensure processing of appropriate payroll deductions
• Process required paperwork for all new hires, benefit changes, terminations and ROEs
• Recommends and implements development solutions that align with the Corporate business approach and HR strategies and objectives
• Manages the execution and administration of the organization's compensation policies, including pay for performance and incentive programs.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with demonstrated abilities in managing task control under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication and influencing skills.
• Workday integration experience (preferred)
• Experience with incentive programs, short- and long-term incentive plans is considered an asset.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills – ability to multi-task, plan, organize and prioritize work.
• Ability to prepare reports and present findings.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
