Charger Logistics in Querétaro is seeking an HR professional to join the payroll team. The role requires 2–4 years of HR and pre-payroll experience, with intermediate English and a morning shift from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, supporting payroll processing and HR operations.

Responsibilities include weekly payroll processing, remittance preparation, SUA/IDSE registration, answering payroll queries, and handling new-hire paperwork and deductions.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources and pre payroll with proven task management under pressure.
• Excellent numerical sense and data-analytical capabilities with strong communication.
• Workday integration experience is preferred.
• Experience with incentive programs is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct accurate and timely processing of weekly payrolls.
• Assist in remittance preparation and payroll reporting.
• Register SUA/IDSE and answer payroll-related queries from drivers.
• Ensure proper payroll deductions and new-hire paperwork.
• Support and implement development solutions aligned with HR strategy.
• Manage compensation policies, including pay-for-performance and incentives.
