Mergon Group is looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team in Ramos Arizpe. Reporting to the HR Manager, your role is central to building a strong, values-driven workplace and you’ll help shape a culture where people thrive.

The successful candidate will gain experience across all HR areas; you’ll thrive in a busy office, be HR qualified or working towards same, and have strong communication and organisational skills.

Formación

• Ideally an HR qualification or working towards it.
• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Great communicator with a flexible, optimistic and professional approach.
• Experience of using social media in a professional capacity.

Responsabilidades

• Recruitment administration: creating advertisements, scheduling interviews, reference checks.
• Onboarding and induction of new starters.
• HR administration in relation to employee records and correspondence.
• Responding to HR related queries and requests.
• Administrative support for HR projects.
• Administration of training and development activities.
• Providing support to managers, including guidance in relation to HR policies and procedures.
