Hyatt Place Cancun Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead Housekeeping, Laundry and Public Areas operations, ensuring Hyatt cleanliness and service standards are met. The role involves supervising staff, inspecting rooms, coordinating laundry, and maintaining inventories to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or related field, at least 3 years in a supervisory housekeeping role, and be Mexican citizens due to permit

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• Mexican citizenship required due to permit restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervisory/managerial roles.
• Experience supervising operational teams and coordinating guest rooms, laundry, and/or public areas.
• Strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas operations.
