Hyatt Place Cancun Airport is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate the operations of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas, ensuring adherence to Hyatt cleanliness, presentation, service, and quality standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred, Mexican citizenship due to permit restrictions, and a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position within hospitality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Mexican citizenship is required due to permit restrictions.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping supervisory or managerial position, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience supervising operational teams and coordinating guest room, laundry, and/or public area operations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with focus on cleanliness and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate the operations of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas to Hyatt standards.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality.
• Coordinate laundry operations and daily task assignments.
• Monitor supplies and inventories; address operational issues.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
