Job summary

Hyatt Place Cancun Airport is seeking a Gallery Manager to oversee Front Desk, Market, and The Placery operations, delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards. You will lead guest-facing associates to optimize revenue opportunities and ensure operational excellence.

You will supervise staffing, training, inventory, and restaurant operations while collaborating with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales, and other departments to maintain seamless hotel performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hotel supervisory or management experience.
• Experience in Front Office operations required.
• Food & Beverage supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams in a guest-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Front Desk, Market, and The Placery.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to meet standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, safety, and sanitation.
