Kettelsen International Recruiting seeks a Front Desk Supervisor for a hotel in the United States. You will ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and service while enforcing brand standards.

The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Tourism or Hospitality, have at least two years in Front Desk leadership, and be fluent in English; strong PMS skills and staff development are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hospitality.
• 2+ years Front Desk leadership experience.
• Proficient with PMS system.
• Fluent in English.
• Willingness to relocate to the U.S.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee guest registration, checkout, and front desk operations while applying brand standards.
• Implement company and franchise programs.
• Prepare forecasts and reports and assist in room budget development.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimal performance.
• Track guest satisfaction and manage response tracking.
