Qualifications

• +8 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience in EPC projects for high-voltage substations (brownfield experience a plus).
• Strong analytical, customer focus, problem-solving mindset, and proactive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in collaborative and multidisciplinary teams.
• Intermediate English and Excel skills (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop technical and commercial proposals for high-voltage substation projects, modernization initiatives, and long-term service contracts.
• Analyze customer specifications and define pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives.
• Coordinate the preparation of comprehensive proposals alongside sales, engineering, and project management teams.
• Manage internal approval processes and present proposals to management in a timely manner.
• Support market analysis activities, including customer insights and industry trends evaluation.
