Rosewood Mandarina is seeking a Head Sommelier to curate our wine experience with leadership, warmth, and authentic service. You will shape the wine program, mentor staff, and deliver memorable guest interactions through personalized recommendations.

You will lead tastings, events, and education while collaborating with culinary and F&B teams to elevate the dining journey and maintain impeccable wine service standards across outlets.

Formación

• Proven leadership of a sommelier team.
• Experience curating wine programs across multiple outlets.
• Exceptional guest service and relationship-building.
• Strong training and mentorship skills for staff.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, inspire, and develop the sommelier team to a culture of expertise and hospitality.
• Curate and oversee the wine program across outlets, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Provide personalized wine recommendations to guests and tailor experiences.
• Collaborate with culinary and F&B teams for wine pairings that enhance the dining journey.
• Maintain wine service standards, proper decanting, and service precision.
• Oversee cellar operations: stock control, inventory, ordering, rotation.
• Deliver wine education and tastings for the team and broader staff.
• Lead wine tastings, dinners, and events to showcase the collection.
• Contribute to evolving wine lists aligned with guest expectations and licensing standards.
