Job summary

Sagan World LLC. is seeking a Head of Web Growth and Conversion to own and optimize a B2B website, driving qualified meetings and revenue growth.

This role requires hands-on CRO, traffic growth, experiments across messaging, pages, forms, offers, and booking flows, and close collaboration with Revenue Operations. You will lead initiatives to improve landing-to-inquiry journeys, boost SEO and AI-driven discovery, own site speed, accessibility and tracking, and ship code and integrations that

Qualifications

Hands-on ownership of a large-scale B2B website with commercially important conversion flows.
Proven CRO and organic-growth results tied to qualified demand.
Live examples of work personally shipped, with baselines, results, and your contribution.
Ability to use AI-assisted development, inspect the work, and verify booking flows and tracking in an existing codebase.

Responsibilities

Improve the journey from landing pages through inquiry and booking, measuring qualified meetings and pipeline.
Build trustworthy funnel measurement with Revenue Operations.
Run CRO experiments across messaging, page design, forms, offers, and booking flows.
Grow relevant traffic through SEO and AI-search discovery.
Own website speed, mobile experience, accessibility, tracking, and release quality.
