Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on, in-house performance marketing experience on Meta platforms.
• Proven track record managing seven-figure annual ad budgets.
• Strong analytical skills in ROAS, CAC, LTV, and MER.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and refine Meta advertising strategy.
• Manage and optimize significant ad budgets.
• Track key performance metrics and provide insights.
• Lead A/B testing for creatives and audiences.
• Mentor media buyers and ensure compliance.
