Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, economics, statistics or a related analytical field.
• 5+ years in demanding, high-performance operations environments.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region, including to the US and Barcelona.

• Lead the LatAm and US region operations team and act as the operational counterpart for regional leadership.
• Own operations across the Americas, ensuring alignment with global standards.
