Innovamat is seeking a proactive GTM Associate to help launch US markets from Mexico City. You will identify new school district opportunities, build relationships with district leaders, and test outreach strategies while working directly with senior leadership to accelerate growth.
You will collaborate with Growth, Marketing, RevOps, and Strategy to shape how Innovamat expands, influence GTM decisions, and drive pipeline creation, travel opportunities, and cross-functional mentorship from day
Formación
- 1-3 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
- Strong ability to build relationships with district leaders and stakeholders.
- Proactive, fast-learning, and comfortable working in a launching environment.
Responsabilidades
- Identify new U.S. school district opportunities and test outreach strategies.
- Cultivate relationships with district leaders via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generate high-quality meetings for the Growth team.
- Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, RevOps, and Sales to expand into new territories.
- Provide market insights to shape commercial strategy.
- Lead strategic projects beyond outbound prospecting.
