Formación
- Strong understanding of operational controls, risk management, governance processes, and KPI management.
- Experience providing coaching, performance feedback, talent development, and employee engagement leadership.
Responsabilidades
- Own and maintain understanding of team's portfolio, processes and priorities.
- Oversee daily workflow, monitor KPIs, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Drive process improvements and strategic initiatives, including eAdmin.
- Provide operational support during peak periods and continuity events.
- Collaborate across functions and develop SMEs; recruit and onboard new staff.
