Formación

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Experience as a Host or similar role in hospitality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and escort to tables to create a strong first impression.
• Assist with waitlist and seating chart to optimize turnover.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage guest expectations.
• Handle calls for to-go orders and guest inquiries.
• Maintain an organized host stand and assist with coat check and directions.
• Support bar seating and restroom guidance as needed.
